The Kuyenda Youth Collectives is hosting the Advancing Sustainable Education Outcomes for Girls Webinar this Wednesday, 25 October, from 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (CAT). The webinar follows the commemorations of the International Day of the Girl Child (IDGC) held on 11 October 2023. The theme for this year IDGC is Invest in Girl’s Rights, Our Leadership, Our Well-being. The Kuyenda Youth Collectives’ focus is addressing the learning crisis through transnational education advocacy in Malawi, Mozambique, Tanzania, and Zimbabwe.
The rural youth will engage with crucial government ministries and key stakeholders in advancing and advocating sustainable education outcomes for girls. The expected outcome of the event is to amplify the voices of the youth and influence the implementation of policies that address the inequalities in education.
